In former research about interpersonal skill development in group counseling, most researchers focus on the structure group, undergraduate students, experimental method. This research explores the development of interpersonal skill on working-aged people in non-structure group counseling, using the qualitative research.The researcher interviews8working-aged people, and the topic of this interview refers to how to think the interpersonal skill development. Among the interviewees, all clients finished12-week group counseling. The materials from the interview are analyzed by the method of Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR).The results of the research indicate that:From8clients’ perspectives, the interpersonal skill development of group counseling include six parts of domains, and they are express feelings, feedback and respond, ask for clarification, empathy and support, listening, nonverbal communication. Among them, express feelings is ranged in the first position about their interpersonal skill development.
