Research On The Antimonopoly Problems Of Telecom Industry Of Our Country

The telecommunications industry in the traditional theoretically should belong tothe natural monopoly industries, the Government has a special program for thetelecommunications industry. But now a high degree of social information, thedevelopment of the telecommunications industry has become faster, so in all respectsthan in the past have seen a breakthrough. Telecommunications industry policies andrelevant content needs to continue to reform and to be able to improve. For now theprocess of reform of the telecommunications industry, are generally anti-monopolylaw to adapt to the business process. When the anti-monopoly law involved inmanagement for the telecommunications industry, there will be some contradictionsand problems, therefore, need to coordinate the contradiction between monopoly andcompetition, there should be a reasonable approach.Our "anti-monopoly law," enacted in2007, but at that time for some of the morespecial industry still not clearly defined. Management control and monopoly of theindustry are generally not clear rhetoric and concrete measures. For industrymanagement, competition law and antitrust law, and need to find a balance betweenthe fulcrum, to be able to improve, but this field is blank.Therefore, the processing industry, the issue of monopoly, should draw extensively onstate-of-the-art mature philosophy, combined with the idea of other countries andChina’s actual situation, so that it can more effectively control the monopoly in thetelecommunications industry.
