A Study On Restrictive Mechanism For Cheating On The Perspective Of Moral

Nowadays, we live in such a competitive society in which survival of the fittestis a harsh rule. From campus life to social life, examination, as an important measureto screen qualified candidates, plays a vital role. There are kinds of examinations incampus, such as midterm, final and school entrance exams. After stepping into society,even more examinations closely follow, like grade examination and vocationalqualification examination. The former includes self-taught exams, graduate entranceexam, NCRE and so on; examinations like judicial exam, CPA exam, economistmanager exam and foreign language exam for specific posts are in the domain ofvocational qualification examination. In modern social life, exam-taking has been aninevitable part, even an important barrier to prevent people from choosing desiredjobs and getting promoted. Just because of this, some people who are possessed ofspeculative consciousness cheat in examinations to get the marks they aren’t qualifiedto do so. In some places, cheats on examinations frequently happen, and tend to beworse. Occurrences are not that simple like people cheat only for themselves, evenpremeditated and organized cheating gang is on its way. If the deterioration ofcheating on examination still goes on, the reputation of examinations will be damaged,and we will lose the principles of fairness and justice, even the normal management ofexamination operation will be severely affected. Having been working at theacademically assistant department in a university for many years, I confront directlycollege students’ examination operation. Hoping to build good social convention, Icompose this paper out of concern for social environment and focus on improvingmoral consciousness. This paper analyses the restrictive mechanism for cheating onthe perspective of moral.In view of causes, features and analyses of cheat on examination researched bymany scholars currently, this selected topic pays more attention to research onrestrictive mechanism for cheating on the perspective of moral. This paper investigates and analyzes restrictive mechanism for cheating on the perspective ofmoral in foreign countries; surveys and summarizes current situations of cheat onexamination in our country, the mainly moral mechanism and its effects; analyzes andseeks for the existing problems and causes of morally restrictive mechanism toprevent cheat in tests; in the last part, enhances the education of trust and moral;builds managing mechanism for general integrity; enforces the administrativemanagement for the behaviors of cheating on examination; sets up a punishingmechanism for the people who violate the principle to perfect the educationalmechanism for primary school to college; increases the countermeasures for morallyrestrictive mechanism, such as rising the costs of cheats in tests.
