In this paper, China’s natural monopoly and administrative monopoly industry sectors asthe object of this study, to prove the income distribution in monopoly industries in China therule of law issues. Income distribution in monopoly industries in China mainly for the statusof two aspects: one is a monopoly industry, the overall average income level of workers ishigh; the other hand, is a monopoly amount of income disparity within the industry,distribution is extremely uneven. Thus, this paper monopoly problem of income inequalitywithin and outside the industry chose the law of income distribution in monopoly industries,respectively, inside and outside the regulatory mechanism. Monopolies in the market from theoperation of external mechanisms of internal income distribution and monopoly allocation ofstart, respectively, from the mechanism point of view on prices, taxes, income distribution inmonopoly industries of external and internal revenue adjustment mechanism of such aself-adjustment mode configuration.
