Change And Characteristics Of Youth Intellectual’s Moral Values In The New Period

Morality is the value criterion that people deal with relationships among society,family, career and their own interest. It is sort of viewpoint that judges weather thebehavior or quality of us or others have moral value. Youth intellectual in the periodof social transformation in China is the core of advanced productive forces, the mostactive factors and the energetic force that promotes the development of society. Theypossess higher knowledge structure level, less stereotyped concept and the mostinnovative awareness. They have the most acuminous insight for social change, andthey are most acceptant of the new things and point of views which form new moralvalues.Youth intellectual’s moral value is one of the most important realistic problemsin the education of youth values. In the new period of reform and opening up, thechange in different developmental stage of youth intellectual’s moral values reflectsthe development of the times and the change of Chinese society, and also deeplyinfluences youth intellectual’s way to live and lifestyle. Therefore, the research onthe change and characteristics of youth intellectual’s moral values, and thecomparation of Youth intellectual’s inner moral world in different stages to searchfor an effective way to strengthen the education of youth intellectual’s values becomea hot issue in the field of ideological and political education.This paper，from the angle of youth intellectual’s moral values with every10years for a stage, and by means of analysis of the background, performance andcharacteristics of youth intellectual’ moral values in every stage of the reform andopening up, reveals the influence of various social factors on youth intellectual’smoral values, and refines the summary of characteristics of the youth intellectual’smoral values; thereby exploring the internal rules and trends of youth intellectual’smoral values in depth; seeking for the countermeasures of youth intellectual’s moral values education, by analyzing the change of youth intellectual’s moral values duringreform and opening up more than30years. It can not only provide new ideas for theyoung intellectual values education, but also can be an important and urgent task forthe moral construction of the whole society.
