Punishment And Prevention System Construction Under The Vision Of Law

The corruption in China is in high-speed spreading, the studies about it covers every kind. There are mainly three ways for anti-corruption. The first one is the compinding way by education-institution-supervision; the second is to authorize an independent institution for anti-corruption; the third way is to strengthen the double-disignatied anti-corruption of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC. In my opinion, there are some defects in these three ways, either based on the exesisting system, or absent of more macroscopic perspective of rule of law. This note tries to concentrate on the relationship between party regulations and law., and puts forth two ways for dealing with Chinese corruption:one is to change the double-disignatied anti-corruption of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC to make it in line with rule of law, the other is establish property publicity sestem in order to prevent power.
