Research On The Current Situation And Existing Problems Of The Ideological And Political Education In The Companies

The ideological and political development of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA in short) is of vital importance to its winning in warfare and maintaining its nature forever, which are PLA’s two major historical issues. As the main body and traditional advantage of the ideological and political development of PLA, the ideological and political education in the companies is not only the central part of adhering to the fundamental principle of the Party exercising absolute leadership over the armed forces, strengthening the primary-level building of the armed forces, and uniting the officers and soldiers to accomplish diverse military tasks, but also is the necessary measure for strengthening the armed forces with Chinese characteristics.This essay is in the new historical background of building a harmonious socialist society with principles of the ideological and political education as its theoretical framework. The author, in the dissertation, makes a further analysis of the current situation of the ideological and political education of the primary level of PLA, discusses the main problems and the relevant reasons in detail, and then put forward some instructional and practical suggestions for intensifying and improving the ideological and political education of the primary level of PLA. The essay is divided into three chapters.Chapter1discusses the connotation and significance of the ideological,political education and the main content, methods of the ideological and political education in the companies in the companies of PLA. By using the basic theories and principles of ideological and political education, the author expounds this issue in the companies of PLA in detail, laying the theoretical foundation for analyzing the current situation of the ideological and political education in the companies of PLA. On the basis of the ideological and political education syllabus of PLA, the current research findings in this field, and the author’s working experience, the author mainly analyzes the current situation and developing trend of the ideological and political education in the companies of PLA, and discusses its main part and methods in new period in depth.Chapter2deals with the problems of the ideological and political education in the companies of PLA and relevant reasons. The major reasons for problems existing in the ideological and political education in the companies of PLA in new period are explored in this chapter.Chapter3is on the ways of strengthening and improving the current ideological and political education in the companies of PLA. According to the current situation of the ideological and political education in the primary level of PLA, the author proposes some suggestions of intensifying and improving the ideological and political education in the companies of PLA from the following four aspects:first, the correct understanding of the ideological and political education in the companies of PLA should be deepened; second, the management mechanism of the ideological and political education in the companies of PLA must be established and perfected; third, the traditional teaching methods need to be changed urgently by adopting multiple teaching methods in this issue; last, the construction of ranks of cadres who are in charge of political work ought to be strengthened as well.
