Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Basic - Level Forces

In recent years, the academic circles pay more and more attention to the ideological and political education of grassroots units. Under the background of economic globalization, the grassroots units’ ideological and political education work of our country appeared a lot of new situations and problems. The appearance of these new situations and problems are not only challenge but also opportunity for research and practice of our grassroots units’ideological and political education. In order to undertake an intensive study of the subject and used to guide practice, we must have a further and systemic understanding of the basic theory and analysis of the ideological and political education. What is the ideological and political education? What are the ideological and political education’s basic task, main content and significance? Where does the particularity of ideological and political education of grassroots units? What kind of dilemma will our ideological and political education be faced with and how to solve them? This paper analyses these problems one by one.Ideological and political education is an important part of our current grassroots units’ construction. However, there are still so many problems and dilemma of ideological and political education of our grassroots units. Through the analysis of the main problems in the grassroots units’ ideological and political education, we can conclude the following main reasons:the subject of education’s function is not perfect, the analysis of the education object is not thorough enough, the external environment of the education is uncontrollable, the education’s objectives and content are asymmetry and so on. We should have a further improve the ideological and political education work in grassroots units, strengthen of education’s main function and the army’s construction, improve the comprehensive quality education, play a part in local and family education, a comprehensive grasp of the education object, optimize the education environment, strengthening ideological and political education’s appeal, enrich the content of education, improve the means of education and to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
