Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Ideological And Political Education Of The Basic Armed Police

The Chinese people’s armed police forces not only shoulders the important mission of maintaining social stability, but also shoulder the other important tasks,just like rescuing, social assistance, and so on. The complicated international and domestic environment put forward new and higher requirements for the police force.The ideological and political education work, as the lifeline of all works forces, face with more severe tests.This paper is built on the actual combat training of grass-roots armed police,start from the ideological and political education problems of grass-roots armed police.Based on the analysis of reasons which lead to existence questions of the grass-roots armed police’s ideological and political education, the paper proposed the paths and strategies to strengthen and improve grass-roots armed police’s ideological and political education.The first chapter of this paper, mainly illustrates the connotation of ideological and political education on grass-roots armed police and the important function of it.Chapter 2 of this paper combined with the actual need of ideological and political education work on armed police forces under the new situation. The third chapter,which is based on the analysis of existing armed police ideological and political education, provides the strategies of strengthening and improving ideological and political education on the grass-roots armed police.
