Study On The Construction Of A Public Cultural Service System Of Grazing Areas In The Countryside

Since industrial revolution, our rural economy has experienced huge development; however, little educational reform is seen in the countryside. There is a large disparity of educational level between the city-dwellers and villagers, of now; the educational level in countryside is very underdeveloped, obstructing the development of the new countryside concept. Increasing the emphasis on the public cultural activities, and perfecting the public cultural development system in the countryside, has important parts to play in the development of a harmonious cultural society. Constructing a Public cultural service system, enhancing culture development in the countryside, are innate requirements for the implementation of the scientific development concept and the building of a harmonious society. Moreover, it serves purposeful for the adjacent development of both urban and rural society and the construction of the new socialist concept of the countryside. In the18th CPC National Congress, it has been pointed out that it is adamant to implement the construction of a huge public cultural project. On top of that, the idea of perfecting the Public cultural service system, and bringing up the standard of service has also been put forth. Under such circumstances, I believe that studying the current situation of the rural public cultural service system, picking out the inadequacies and suggesting relevant solutions and new mind-sets will have realistic significance. This paper is focused on analyzing current circumstance of rural public cultural service system of uxin of the grazing land of uxin. Thereafter, it is targeted to provide corresponding ideas and suggestions. We hope by increasing the overall living standards of citizens, especially for the low-income population, we can improve the standard of Public cultural service system, to practically eradicate the imbalance of the urban-rural development, planning in unison. We can derive creative measures from the implementation of laws and policies of the bigger picture, down to the little details of service. This would protect the educational rights of herders and peasants, promoting a society of justice and equality.
