| It’s undoubted that oil is one of the most crucial factor in the realm of international relations nowadays. Being a representative of interest and power, oil plays an extremely important role in international political stage through which it tries to benefit its interests and enhance the power. Being a kind of resources, products and strategies makes its three major characteristics through which it has transformed into a kind of authority to produce, to purchase, to bargain and to control. The developments and changes of global oil power system has centered on oil power properties and which has fitted to the international power system.For its productivity, bargaining and control power over oil, The Middle East oil has become the power interaction bridge between the world and Middle East by weakening its geopolitical and religious influence. It’s worth mentioning that the relation between Oil and power is quite important in the context of international relations changes. For most Middle East countries owing to the lack of global oil authority or international power advantages brings themselves passively change in their fate, as soon as they encounter with oil; The oil will obtain its power attribute which enables itself to interchange with other power element after it walks into the power of vision.To certain extent, international relation with its inherent power attribute which is always in a transitional process. After the oil returns material properties and withdraws from the power arena, international power factors or its combination may have new changes. However, it can be sure that any new-thing’s emergence of endogenous incremental advantage or be on behalf of global influence will lead up the interaction among power, power system and other elements in international relations.
