Marx considers morality as the indispensable means of regulation in our daily life.Morality is needed to keep our interpersonal relationship and social order harmonious. As akind of ideology, morality is the reflection of our economy. Socialist morality is, under thehistorical circumstances of socialist relations, used to adjust the relationship between peopleand the sum of the special code of conduct among people. It is not only to adapt to the needsof the socialist political economy, but also serve the socialist politics and economy. As a coreproject of the construction of spiritual civilization, the construction of morality, experiencingan extraordinary thirty years, goes along with social transformation and institutional transition.Over the past thirty years, though, moral construction of China has made lots of remarkableachievements while there are also a lot of problems. for example, the girl in FoShan wascrushed, no one helped the old who fell down and there is lean meat powder, milk powderthat is not qualified, black cotton, waste oil, counterfeit products and a series of frequentaccidents. All these accidents make people live in fear. This paper aims to use contradictionsto analyze the conflicts in the practice of moral construction from different angles in depthand in detail and find an effective way to the contemporary moral construction with efforts. In the first chapter, it analyzes the existing contradictions in the contemporary moralconstruction practice. This paper elaborates the existing contradictions in the contemporarymoral construction practice from the following three aspects: the contradiction between thelagged behind moral construction and the rapid economic development; the socialvalue-oriented unified and diversification of personal value orientation; the contradictionbetween personal moral recognition and personal moral practice. The purpose of this chapteris to clarify “What is the problem?”in the contemporary practice of moral construction. The second chapter is the focus of this thesis: analysis of the causes of the conflicts inthe contemporary moral construction practice. It is mainly attributed to the following fouraspects: the weakening of GDP growth patterns for people’s moral behavior;"gap" betweenpersonal interests and social responsibility; social change, especially the impact of Internet onthe moral construction; the impairing of legal system results in moral construction lags. Thisattribution analysis of this chapter is to deepen the understanding of the contradictions in theethical practice of building the "why".The third chapter explores the path of contemporary moral construction. First, analyzethe path of moral construction from the unity of the two points and main points. First of all, develop the economy and consolidate the material basis of the moral construction. Second, pay much more attention to the coordination and unity of economic construction and thebuilding of spiritual civilization in the new era. Second, it analyzes the path of moralconstruction from the "internal" and "external factors". First of all, improve the regulation andprovide an institutional guarantee for the moral construction; then, strengthen the practice, improving the moral construction of citizen participation mechanisms; finally, focus on themost important point--to strengthen the core groups of moral education through onlineeducation that is achieved by realistic virtual classroom education. The aim of this chapter isto provide some positive references for the reality of social and moral construction practice, therefore it may clarify the problem of "how to do" for the ethical practice building.
