Study On The Role Of Ideological And Political Education In The Construction Of A Clean And Honest Government

The Communist Party of China is leading the people to forge ahead on the road of building a moderately prosperous society and achieving national rejuvenation. Facing the heavy responsibility, the Communist Party of China realizes soberly that the party faces a lot of challenges in the new situation. The report of18th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out the party’s "four tests" and "four danger". Strengthening the construction of the party, enhancing the party’s ruling ability, continuously improving the scientific level of Party building are the requirements of the times and people call. Construction of a clean and honest government is an important task of the Party’s construction. It also decides the party’vital importance and relates to the future and destiny of our motherland. Construction of a clean and honest government is a major problem which is concerned by the people. It is also a distinctive position which has been long insisted by the party. We must do a good job of Construction of a clean and honest government. Practice has proved, the ideological and political education is an important method for construction of a clean and honest administration. Over the years, it has been a important role of education, guidance, inspiration, incentive and constraint in the construction of a clean and honest government. It has promoted the construction of a clean and honest government and made significant achievements. Facing the new environment and situation, it is of great significance to the construction of a clean and honest government, such as combing questions of ideological and political education in the construction of a clean and honest government thinking innovative methods of ideological and political education, strengthening the ideological and political education, improving the level and ability of the education, and so on.Firstly, this paper introduces the purpose, and significance of the research, analyses the dynamic and innovative research and describes the research method. On this basis, this paper analyzes the meaning of the ideological and political education and construction of a clean and honest government, and the relationship between them. The thesis discusses four functions that ideological and political education plays in the construction of a clean and honest government. They are the leading role, heuristic function, constraint and incentive function. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems of political and ideological education in the construction of a clean and honest government, including lacking of awareness, single education content, obsolete education method, weak consciousness of innovation, and so on. And the paper proposes to solve these problems with strengthening ideological and political education, enriching the content system of ideological and political education, innovating methods of the ideological and political education, establishing a long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education, which can ensure that the ideological and political education play the role in the construction of a clean and honest government.
