In the age of information, management of government departments and information service is the inevitable requirement of social development; the government information is the foundation of the entire social informatization. The government is in the society and has absolute control processing of information resources, the changes of the management in the information age is already be imperative。E-government has become an important part of government management in a new way. The more complete administrative system will be constructed with both the traditional government and e-government. Effective use of electronic government affairs, can improve the work efficiency of the government, the establishment of clean, streamlined, efficient government, and can help the government to provide better service to the public, so that the public is willing to participate in government decision-making, there by promoting social progress.The implementation of e-government is to strengthen the party’s ruling ability, deepening the administrative reform and the construction of people’s satisfaction of the strategic initiatives, the E-government in improving public services, strengthen social management, strengthen supervision, improve the macro-control has played a rather important role. Since E-government has value and great influence, all countries in the world make a strategic measures for the development of e-government as the national development.Points out in its UN Department of economic and social affairs of E-government in the report, Korea e-government development ranked first twice, but the development of E-government in our country is backward. Although China’s e-government development has made some achievements, it still exposed many problems, such as the state of e-government planning problems, e-government management system is weak, the goals positioning of government and the staff of the E-government is not clear, the understanding of public service idea does not reach the designated position and policy construction lag caused legal environment is not perfect etc. Construction of Korea e-government with strong government support, have effective management system and perfect laws and regulations, the administrative department of efficient implementation of the policy, the public quality of strong actively involved, these factors contributed to the rapid development of Korea E-government. Our country should draw lessons from the successful experience of Korea advanced, strengthening the government’s support, formulate feasible development plan, a clear management institutions, strengthen the public participation, strengthen the laws and regulations, improve the establishment of e-government personnel quality, so as to improve the overall level of China’s e-government.Five parts make up of this text.
