Research On Korea 's New Village Movement: Experience And Enlightenment

In the 1970 s, the South Korean government organized the new rural construction and development movement.In order to solve the rural issue and the large gap between peasants and workers.the movement is called the Saemaul Undong in Korea. Saemaul Undong in South Korea achieved a Korean rural revitalization, improve the level of Korean nationals living ethics for the Korean economy to take off and laid a solid foundation. Achievement Campaign in Korea, caused worldwide attention and recognition, is considered as a sample of rural development in developing countries.Our current "Three Rural Issues" situation is very grim. "Tenth Five-Year Plan recommends that the CPC Central Committee on National Economic and Social Development" 2005 Chinese Communist Party by the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth, proposed to build a new socialist countryside, which indicates that China has entered a feeding station agriculture, rural city with the new era. When the campaign launched in South Korea, which many domestic social issues and problems confronted by our country have great similarities, analyze and summarize the experiences and lessons of Campaign in Korea, China’s new rural construction will help to fasten the pace. The article tries to campaign in South Korea for a comprehensive study, summarize experiences and lessons of the Village Movement, which provides theoretical and practical examples for China’s construction of new socialist countryside systems engineering.This paper consists of three parts: The first part describes the movement launched in South Korea background; the second part describes the process of implementation of the content and Village Movement Campaign in Korea brought significant results; Part III summarizes the Korean Village sports experiences and lessons based on this proposed revelation Village Movement for the new rural construction.
