Comparative Study On Legal Issue On Access Of Foreign Direct Investment In People’s Republic Of China And Republic Of Korea

The introduction of foreign direct investment has great significance for both People’sRepublic of China and Republic of Korea, and is also the common goal of mutual tradebetween the two countries. Since China carried out reform and open policy, theeconomy has been rapid development, especially in the field of foreign directinvestment, which plays an increasingly important role in China’s foreign economy. Atthe same time, with the rapid development of the economy, the corresponding legalsystem of foreign direct investment is still not perfect, and theoretical research is stillin the primary stage. Therefore, in this paper, we have done a comparative studybetween the legal system on the access of foreign direct investment in People’sRepublic of China and Republic of Korea through several major aspects, in order tohave some positive impression on promoting bilateral economic trade.Chapter One-an overview of the legal system on access of foreign direct investment: Inthis chapter, we introduce the concept and basic contents of the legal system on accessof foreign direct investment. At the same time, the development of the legal systems onaccess of foreign direct investment in People’s Republic of China and Republic ofKorea is also introduced.Chapter Two-comparison of the access areas of foreign direct investment in People’sRepublic of China and Republic of Korea: This chapter focuses on the access areas offoreign direct investment in People’s Republic of China and Republic of Korea, and acomparative analysis has done between the two countries.Chapter Three-comparison of the establishment of the legal system on access offoreign direct investment in People’s Republic of China and Republic of Korea: Thischapter focuses on the establishment of the legal system on access of foreign directinvestment in People’s Republic of China and Republic of Korea, and a comparativeanalysis of the establishment of the legal system on access of foreign direct investmenthas done between the two countries.Chapter Four-comparison of the approval system of foreign direct investment inPeople’s Republic of China and Republic of Korea: We introduce the approval systemfor foreign direct investment in People’s Republic of China and Republic of Korea inthis chapter.
