Objective:The military mental quality is an important part of the quality of the soldiers at theheart of plays an important intermediary role.Good psychological quality of the permanentsoldiers at plateau is the premise that they successfully accomplish diverse military tasksand win the protection of future wars,and is also a popular research topic in the area ofmilitary study in recent years. Psychological character and training mode of researchsoldiers at plateau is not only an urgent need to enhance our military combat effectiveness,also plays an important role in the enrichment and development of military psychologytheory and promote troops psychological quality education training practice.“Psychologicalquality”is a localization concept of quality education in our country. Foreign armies, fromthe point of view of the psychological quality of research and education and training,foreign military psychological training system has been gradually improving andstandardizing. Domestic research on the psychological quality has accumulated a richtheoretical base and mature research methods,our military servicemen psychologicalquality studies about soldiers psychological quality concept,structure and assessment toolshave been done.Soldiers of the army formed group psychological quality education andtraining mode about the military psychological quality education and training practice werediscussed,but special environment operating servicemen stationed military psychologicalquality of the high-altitude plateau characteristics and psychological quality of educationand training have not been reported.Therefore,the purpose of this study is:(1) to research the relationship betweenpsychological character and mental health of soldiers at plateau;(2) to understand the needof eduction training in psychology among permanent soldiers at plateau;(3) to establish themode of psychology education and training permanent soldiers at plateau;(4) Finally,tobuild the training mode empirical research. Subjects and methods:In the first part of this study,a permanent high-altitude the2589plateau armyservicemen were recruited as the research objects, I used self general informationquestionnaire,soldiers Mental Quality (Mental Quality Questionnaire for Army men,MQQA), Symptom Checklist (Symptom Checklist90,SCL-90) as an evaluation tool,anduse of analysis of variance,correlation analysis,T test and non-parametric tests equalamount of research methods to explore the characteristics of the soldiers at plateaupsychological quality,the mental health of soldiers at plateau and psychological quality thepsychological quality education and training needs analysis,for the maintenance ofpermanent high-altitude plateau soldiers mental health,to carry out targeted psychologicalquality education training. The second part of the study,the themes of the soldiers atplateau psychological quality education and training,military and political,psychology,education,management professors and other experts and grassroots mental backbone wereselected. Document analysis,surveys,expert interviews and other methods were chosen toconduct research,initial building resident plateau soldiers psychological quality educationand training mode.The third part of the study based on the soldiers at plateau psychologicalquality education and training mode,combined with the plateau forces daily political andmilitary training,selected the90plateau recruits to carry out experimental study,inspection and training effect,and ultimately established permanent soldiers at plateaupsychological quality education and training mode for the mental quality training intomilitary and political training to provide some theoretical support and reference data.Main results:1.The resident soldiers at plateau psychological quality of the overall situationPermanent soldiers at Plateau psychological quality overall level was significantlylower than the the soldiers norm.2589soldiers at Plateau research,psychological excellentperformance and good soldiers less than1%; accounted for54.54%of the overall thepsychological quality medium soldiers,the psychological quality of the remaining soldiersare inferior or poor.2.Permanent soldiers at Plateau psychological quality demographic characteristics.Female soldiers’ loyalty was significantly higher than male soldiers (P<0.01),theremaining difference was not significant; overall psychological level,showing the quality of the best officers,non-commissioned officers followed the trend of soldiers worstcharacteristics (P<0.05, P<0.01); education level, the performance of loyalty by the levelof education the more,the better the psychological quality characteristics (P<0.01);non-child one-child (P<0.01) were significantly higher than the rest of the score differencewas not significant (P>0.05). The soldiers’ at plateau psychological quality score showedsignificant age, military service, in the plateau time difference (P<0.01). Further analysisshowed that the longer the age,the better the quality of psychological characteristics;increase in military service,military psychological quality showing a rise-fall-increasedvolatility trend,and three-year military service is a significant turning point; as in plateauthe increase of years,military psychological quality also improved steadily trend features.3.Soldiers at Plateau mental health status of resident and psychological quality of therelationship.Resident soldiers at Plateau SCL-90total score,interpersonal relationships,paranoia,sleep and diet factor scores were significantly lower than soldiers norm (P<0.01),somatization scores were higher than the military norm (P<0.01),the remaining thedifference was not significant (P>0.05). The resident soldiers at Plateau MQQA out of eachdimension of each factor had a significant negative correlation with the total score ofSCL-90.4.Permanent soldiers at plateau psychological quality education and training needs ofthe status quo(1) In1053soldiers at plateau,56.5%have never participated in any form of educationand training,35.5%participated in health education seminars,and the rest participated inindividual counseling or advice;nearly80%of soldiers at plateau to carry out psychologicalthe quality of education and training“necessary”and“more welcome”.(2) Soldiers atplateau are most interested in education and training content is: adaptation to theenvironment, interpersonal, rational cognition and education, emotional and stressmanagement,will,quality and culture; officers demobilized marriage,demobilization,training and psychological adjustment the needs of the content was significantly higher thanthe soldiers and non-commissioned officers (P<0.01); officer emotions and stressmanagement,relationships,behavioral problems, psychological crisis intervention is alsohigher than the soldiers and non-commissioned officers (P<0.05); male soldiers need the marriage psychology,the demobilized psychological adjustment,training anxiety control,psychological crisis intervention and other aspects of demand is higher than that of womenin the military (P<0.01,P<0.05).(3) soldiers at Plateau once a week,60minutes each time,knowledge of mental health education seminars carried out by psychology professionalswas most welcome of;personnel arrangements with the soldiers and non-commissionedofficers were significantly different (P<0.01); the male soldier weekly training time,psychology professionals, individual counseling and consultation requirements aresignificantly higher than that of women in the military (P<0.01,P<0.05).5.Permanent soldiers at plateau psychological quality training mode preliminaryconstruction.Psychological character of resident soldiers at plateau and psychological qualityeducation and training needs of the status quo,combined with the results of interviews withexperts in the Delphi method,the initial construction soldiers at Plateau psychologicalquality training mode. The Mode includes five main parts of the education and trainingobjectives,content,procedures,methods and evaluation.6.Permanent soldiers at Plateau psychological quality education and trainingexperimental studyThe experimental results show that, by using this mode psychological qualityeducation and training to carry out the plateau recruits have a significant effect:(1) Before training,the two sets of mental health of recruits had no significantdifference (P>0.05); after training,the training group recruits SCL-90total score,obsessive-compulsive,anxiety factor scores decreased significantly (P<0.05),and thecontrol group recruits mental health levels did not change significantly (P>0.05); promptedtwo groups of post-test, training group recruits mental health scores and factor scores weresignificantly lower than the control group recruits (P<0.01).(2) Before education and training,the psychological qualities of the two groups ofrecruits had no significant difference (P>0.05); after training,the training group recruits themental quality level had increased to some extent,but the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05);control group recruits psychological changes were not significant(P>0.05); two groups of post-test comparison tips, the recruits training group’s loyalty andfrustration scores were significantly higher than the recruits (P<0.01); no significant difference between pre-test and post-test responses of the two groups of recruits change(P>0.05).(3) Before education and training,two groups of recruits military training results hadno significant difference (P>0.05); after education participating in the training,the traininggroup recruits3000m run,sit-ups,squat legs,push-ups,bomb,5×10round-trip run resultshave significantly improved (P<0.05,P<0.01),the control group recruits sit-ups,push-ups,5×10round-trip run results also had significantly improve (P<0.01),while the rest of theresults change did not significantly differ (P>0.05); two groups of recruits measured resultsshow that in addition to sit-ups, the military accomplishments training group weresignificantly better than the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The psychological quality would be permanent soldiers at plateau was significantlylower than the soldiers norm,the overall level of the lower middle. Performance as anofficer superior to non-commissioned officers and soldiers,a higher level of educationpsychological quality of military service and age,the better the longer the better thepsychological quality. That is,soldiers at Plateau should strengthen education and training,and focus on the plateau young soldiers,especially the psychological quality of training ofthe soldiers.2.Permanent soldiers at plateau,poor body feel plateau climate have a significantimpact on the physical and mental health of soldiers. Therefore,we should pay attention tothe physical and mental health of high-altitude weather conditions soldier protection work.Studies suggest that a significant improvement in permanent Military personnel in theoverall situation of mental health,interpersonal relationships,paranoia,sleep and eating.When resident soldiers at plateau psychological quality is higher,the level of mental healthis higher; when psychological quality is lower,the level of mental health is lower.3.Permanent soldiers at Plateau psychological quality education and training needshave significant group difference. Thus to carry out psychological quality education andtraining to take full account of the characteristics of different groups,stratified developprograms are needed in order to improve its applicability.4.According to the characteristics of the psychological quality of the resident soldiersat Plateau,the psychological quality of education and training needs,as well as expert advice, I have initially built permanent soldiers at plateau psychological quality educationand training goal-oriented integration Mode.The Mode includes education and trainingobjectives,content,procedures,methods and evaluation of five parts.5.The mode used in the process of training plateau Recruit Depot to carry out militarypsychological quality training can effectively improve the of mental health of the residentsoldiers at plateau. The development of good psychological quality,improve the effect ofmilitary training can improve revised promotion applied to the plateau grass-roots units.
