Research On The Mode Analysis And Development Path Of Charitablre Organizations In China

The charity in China has been developing rapidly these years. Charity related legal system has been formed preliminarily, the forms of donation and the types of charitable organization become more varied, the content of the charitable projects become more widely, in general, the charity in China has ushered in the new stage of maturity.While as the history of charity in China isn’t that long, it is in the high speed development as well as some problems inevitably. A series of charity scandals made the whole industry facing a serious crisis, which exposed the lack of legal system, credibility, supervision mechanism and so on. These are all the bottleneck problems restricting the development of China’s charity. At present, a state-directed charitable system in China has hindered the developmental process of charity.Therefore, enlarging the development potential of non-governmental charitable organizations and exploring a sustainable development path, might be a good way to alleviate the current crisis of charity. In this paper, four typical non-governmental charitable organizations in Hangzhou were chosen and investigated as the study cases. They have formed a special "circle" as a platform for sharing and cooperation. At the same time, we also learn about the development problems of non-governmental charitable organizations. They have natural advantages of flexibility, closing to the grass-roots level, full of idealism and social responsibility, as well as the predicaments of lack of legal status, charity resources and professional ability. According to these problems, non-governmental charitable organizations need to perfect the internal governance structure, make their own brands and promote interdisciplinary cooperation to integrate social resources, so as to enhance their comprehensive strength, thus promote the development of the charity industry in China.
