The New Exploration Of Rural Basic Organizations’ Party Affairs Publicity

The publicity of party affairs of rural grass-roots party is not only the foundation of the publicity of party affairs, but also the key of the construction of rural grass-roots democracy. Based on this, this paper analyses the value orientation of it, from the perspective of the connotation of it, in following aspects, such as strengthening the party’s ruling legitimacy, developing the democratic politics, preventing power corruption and building new socialist countryside, and the publicity of party affairs of rural grass-roots party is just the research object in this paper. Except learning the importance of the publicity of party affairs of rural grass-roots party, this paper also analyzes its results and some practical problems it confronted with now by doing some investigations. At the same time, this paper has also elaborated the reasons behind it. Finally, based on the thinking of how to solve these problems under the new situation, the thesis is clearly put forward to make more efforts to strengthen the consciousness of opening the party affairs of grass-roots party, correct the wrong understanding about it and establish and perfect relevant systems as fast as we can.
