Research On Constitution Consciousness Of The Communist Party Of China And The Scientific Level Of Building The Party

The world today is undergoing great developing, changes and a major adjustment period, whileChina is in a new historical starting point to move forward. The historical position which our party facedwith a lot of challenges, such as, the test of governing, the test of reform and opening up, the test of themarket economy, and the external-environment is long-term, complex and grim. how to stop themomentum of the overall decline in the Communist Party’s power and influence, not only to ensure theparty’s survival and development, but also to seize these opportunities to improve the scientific level ofparty building, has become a relationship to whether the party able to the prosperity and development of thekey factors. This paper argues that the enhancement of the scientific level of party building had someconnection with the enhanced awareness of party members and the party constitution, so the analysis anddiscussion of the following aspects.Firstly, this paper discusses the basic meaning of the Constitution of the Communist Party ofChina building the scientific level of consciousness and party, do summarized the Party Constitutionconsciousness of the proletarian party in the general sense, and then pointed out that the consciousformation process of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China. The process of the formation of theparty constitution awareness in line with the laws of the awareness campaign, from perceptual knowledge(learning the Party Constitution) to rational knowledge (identity of the Party Constitution), and then topractice (the implementation of the Party Constitution).Secondly, the article focuses on analysis of the function of the awareness of the Constitution ofthe Communist Party of China on the scientific level of party building. The gradual improvement anddevelopment of the party constitution indicates that enhance the scientific level of party building, partymembers and the party constitution’s awareness of firm ideals and beliefs of the party members, and help tostrengthen the party in all aspects of construction. Therefore, this paper considers the scientific level ofparty members and the party constitution’s awareness of the party building to enhance a positiverelationship, and thus enhance the awareness of the Constitution is an important measure to improve thescientific level of party building. Thirdly, the thesis explores the performance, reasons and hazards of the weakening which for theawareness of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China. Currently, there are some of the partymembers and the party’s leading cadres of the Party whose Constitution consciousness is weakening. Theyfalls far short of the requirements of the party members in thinking and action, have not firm ideals andbeliefs, undisciplined, bureaucracy, corruption of life, they have seriously poisoned the party’s ranks, andruined the party atmosphere, damaging the party’s image and affect the enhanced awareness of partymembers and the party constitution, weaken our party’s combat effectiveness, cohesion, creativity, andmust be addressed effectively.Finally, this article indicated the countermeasures to enhance the scientific level of party buildingfrom to enhance party constitution awareness: learning the party constitution, a profound understanding ofthe spirit of the party constitution. Second, to abide by the Party Constitution, and to revive the partyconstitution authority. Third, regulations reserved to ensure the purity of the party. To maintain and developthe advanced nature and purity is always the basic ideological and political tasks of the Marxist party, therelationship with the party’s future and destiny and life and death. Therefore, in violation of the regulationswithin the party cadres and party organizations check processing truly reward and punishment strict,rousing to safeguard the seriousness of the party constitution and within the party regulations.Studies on the function of Constitution consciousness of Communist Party of China to thescientific level of building the party, from the perspective of research work of party building, andawareness to the provisions and requirements of the party constitution only internalized his own practiceactivities, party building can really look.
