Research To Improve Our Urban Community Party Building More Scientific

The report of18th CPC National Congress stressed the need to improve the scientific level of CPC based on the spirit of reform and innovation. So the city community party building, which is an integral part of the CPC building, ought to enhance it as well to cope with so many new situations and new problems. This dissertation focused on improving the scientific level of the city community party building. It mainly used the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis, combining with the actual situation of city community development model in our country. Four parts are discussed here.The first part:the basic theory of the party building in the city community first clarified. It includes the construction of community party building and city party; theoretical basis of city community party building out from Marx Lenin, Mao Zedong thought, theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The significance of city community party building is elaborated from the macroscopic and microscopic level.The second part:an overview of the course of practice and effectiveness of the City Community. The part of the main time sequence, the central spirit of the document, combing concluded by the City Community since1986four stages of development, start to promote, improve, mature stage, while certainly of City Community work in recent years to obtain significant results.The third part:the problems and reasons city community. In two major areas to expand the focus on the One is to address the main problems of the city community work of party building, the urban communities of all parties involved in a weak sense of the urban community party workers is not high quality, urban community members of the class system is imperfect,city Community working mechanism is not sound; city Community problems mainly due to objective analysis.The fourth part:the countermeasures to improve the scientific level of city community construction, which is the focus of this paper.
