Private entrepreneurs is one of the important subjects of China’ssocialist construction, the study of private entrepreneurs in theunderstanding of the contemporary Chinese Marxism, to promote thepopularity of the contemporary Chinese Marxism, and construction withChinese characteristics and the socialist market economy has animportant significance.Wenzhou is the first place outside of the private economy, thedevelopment of private economic advantage "Wenzhou model" famous athome and abroad, wenzhou’s private entrepreneurs is the object ofattention and imitation.This paper studied aspects of the history andreality, motivation and behavior, theory and practice,summed up thehistorical experience of the national capitalists depth understanding ofMarxism; perspectived the private entrepreneur’s motivation of learningcontemporary Chinese Marxism; overview of the classical theory ofcontemporary Chinese Marxism to guide private entrepreneurs.
