With the high-speed development of national economy, our country residents’income is higher and higher. In meet the demand for housing at the same time, mostof the households have bought a car in the city, and some families have more than onecars, and even part of the car’s young people in the case of not to buy a house to buythe car. In this environment, the rapid increase of car is much more than theconstruction quantity and velocity of residential parking Spaces, residential areaparking space is in short supply, see seam parking commonplace, the owner’s travel isvery inconvenient. The increasing number of problems occurs due to residentialparking spaces ownership disputes between the developers and owners. The second chapter focus on the theoryof residential parking space ownership subject of controversy and countries (regions)legislation example, to understand the main point of the academic Parking LotOwnership and national (regional) legislative provisions on related issues, we canmake better carding area parking space ownership problem below and solve theproblem of parking difficulty prepared to experience for reference.
