The carriage of goods by sea plays an important role in international economicexchanges throughout the history. Nowadays, ocean shipping carries more than80%of goods in the world. The system of carrier’s liability is the key to figure out therelationship between carriers and merchants what helps us know better of the law ofcarriage of goods by sea.This paper has been divided into five parts.
