Study On Party Members And Cadres’ Education Of Outlook On Career After Opening And Reform

Education of Outlook on Career is the excellent tradition and political advantage of the communist party of China, is the fundamental guarantee of revolution and construction victory, is also the important job which relates to the construction of our party and the whole country.Since the policy of reform and opening,China’s economy, political, culture, social and other fields have achieved remarkable achievement, which lie on the communist party of China insists and strengthens education of Outlook on Career constantly and innovate in practice. Meanwhile, we should realize reform and opening injected into vitality for the party’s cause, and also make party members and cadres and their education faces many unprecedented new subjects. At present, times are changing. It’s important that study education of outlook on Career carefully since the reform and opening up for enrich the communist party of China’s education theory, and provide powerful intellectual support and mental guarantee for the party’s cause.This paper is based on Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiao Ping theory, important thought of "three represents" and scientific outlook on development. Analyze the practice of education on party members and cadres since the refonn and opening up. Analysis is carried out mainly from the target, content, ways, methods and mechanism. In addition, evaluate party members and cadres’ career education from the achievements, the shortcomings, influence factors and enlightenment. In the first part of the paper, the author elaborates education practices since the reform and opening up, including clear education goal, enrich content of the education, strengthen ways of education, perfect education methods and optimizate education supervision and evaluation mechanism, etc. In the second part of the paper, the author studies and analyses the career education’s the achievements and shortcomings. The achievements were summarized and discussed from four parts mainly, which include sense of innovation, ability to govern, the sense of purpose, political morality. The shortcomings reflect on education of outlook on career’s content, methods, targeted effectiveness should be further enhanced. The author insists on analytical methods which combine internal cause with external cause, and analyze the influence factors of education from four aspects mainly, which include the market economy, value idea, cultural diversity, the party’s own construction and finally extracted Education of Outlook on Career’s enlightenment, that is, adhere to the "people-oriented" education idea, be good at optimizating influence factors of education, ultilize various methods to enhance education effectiveness.
