With the advance of times,knowledge radiates and expands in an explosive way in nowdays,the cycle of knowledge multiplication is getting shorter and shorter and the information is updating and growing exponentially.In the digital revolution,as the builders of the national grand blueprint,the Party members should adapt to the new situation of development actively,learning theory and leading innovation,keep learning,constantly absorbing new knowledge,set up new ideas,promote the party members to learn by fully utilizing the characteristics of the "Internet +" and "big data" resources.The advent of the big data era is a great opportunity for the traditional party members and cadres' education research to move towards scientific demonstration.The 18 th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party has proposed to continue training party cadres on a large scale and greatly improve their quality,which is an important strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee in light of the new situation and new tasks and is of great significance to promote scientific development and the construction of cadre contingent.As the top-level design of national economic and social development strategy,Internet leads China's comprehensive deepening reform at both technical and ideological levels,and changes the entire economic and social structure and social life style profoundly.The internet era brings new ideas to the innovation of cadre training mode.Although the traditional cadre education training will not be completely replaced by the Internet,we have to admit that the rapid development of internet is also forcing our cadre education training mode to become more flexible,convenient and open.Innovating the method of online education for party members and cadres,using the internet thinking,and integrating such concepts as the user experience,iterative thinking,big data and open sharing into the online party member and cadre education and training to change the traditional pattern of cadre education and training and build new online education and training mode.Since the Xiangtan Party Members Education Academy was established in November2012,Xiangtan has made full use of network education training program has a wide scope of coverage,a huge training scale,a low training cost,a flexible way of learning,and a quick update of knowledge,all this advantage has make up for the traditional limitations of education and become the important means of online education and training.The education training of Party members is a long-term systematic project,we mustconsciously implement the scientific development concept into every link of the training,promote our own scientific development,to make a good combination of training scale,quality and efficiency,make efforts to build a high—quality Party member team and promote the process of Xiangtan.After years of practice,the education training for online education in xiangtan has achieved certain results.In terms of well orgnaized,perfect service supportive,timeliness resource integration and the effectiveness of learning quality and system construction,etc.,further research and solutions are urgently needed from the theoretical and practical aspects.This paper aims to conclude the problems and reasons the influence online party member and cadre education by summing up and summarizing the online education experience of party members and cadres in some cities of China at the present stage,and take this as a breakthrough point to put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures,that is,making full use of the Internet,and forming a highly efficient and practical system of the party member and cadre online education,thus to mitigate the flaws of the party member and cadre education of our country at present.Party member and cadre online education must update the idea of development,use the internet thinking to review and innovate education mode,and build high efficiency and convenient education channel with high-quality service to continue to expand online education space,always keep pace with the times,and give full play to the function of the cadre education.
