Deepen The Education Research On The Ideals And Beliefs Of Party Members And Leading Cadres In The New Era

Whether the ideals and convictions of party members and leading cadres are firmly related to the success or failure of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the future cause of communism.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the Party Central Committee has vigorously promoted the education of ideals and convictions for party members and cadres,carried out the party's mass line education and practical activities,the "three strict and three practical" special education,and the "two studies and one do" learning education,and promoted "not forgetting the original intention,Keeping the mission in mind,the normalization of the education system has achieved the expected results.However,due to various factors,the ideals and beliefs of some party members and leading cadres are still not firm enough.Based on this,this thesis takes the topic of "Deepening the Education of Ideals and Beliefs for Party Leaders in the New Era" and takes the basic structure of ideological and political education as an analytical framework.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly clarifies the ideological basis of the ideal and belief education of party members and leading cadres.The ideological foundation is divided into direct foundation and indirect foundation.The ideal and belief education of party members and leading cadres is based on Marx,Engels,and Lenin's ideal and belief education.The theoretical system of ideal and belief education since the establishment of the Communist Party of China is its direct ideological basis.The second chapter takes the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party as the time node and summarizes the remarkable achievements and basic experience of the ideal and belief education of party members and leading cadres since the new era.The achievements are sorted out for future surpassing;since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party,the ideal and conviction education has achieved gratifying achievements,so that the party members and leading cadres can truly learn and understand the party's innovative theory and be brave in promoting economic and social development Take the heavy burden and charge ahead in the fight against the new crown virus.Summarizing experience is convenient for futuredeepening of the work;since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the education of ideals and beliefs has been innovative in terms of educators,educational objects,educational methods and educational carriers.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the ideal and belief education of party members and leading cadres in the new era.Only by finding the "illness" can it be effectively treated.At present,there are inconsistencies between the supply side and the demand side of some educational content and means in the education of ideals and beliefs,and the external performance of individual education objects is inconsistent with the actual reality.The emergence of these problems is closely related to the inability of some educators to keep up with the times and the ability of some educators to be influenced by multiculturalism.The fourth chapter is aimed at the problems existing in the education of ideals and beliefs of party members and leading cadres.In the future,under the premise of following the basic principles,educators,education objects,and educational institutions should work together to promote the institutionalization of the normalization of ideals and beliefs education,and thus further improve Party members and leading cadres' ideal and belief education.
