With the development of mobile phone and computer and other new media come into the production and life of each of us, the electronic information technology and network technology has been widely used, so a new vocabulary appeared---new media. With the birth of the new media technology, the modern information dissemination technology happened to change the world upside down, produced tremendous change, and change the social production and people’s way of life deeply. Therefore, how to promote Marx’s popularity under the background of new media condition has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper aims at researching Marx’s popularity under the background of new media, first of this paper introduce the research environment of Marx’s popular under the background of new media from the purpose and significance of the topic, and introduce the current situation and the development trend of the research at home and abroad, and elaborated the innovation place of this article.This paper discussed the related theory in the second chapter, introduces the connotation, the basic characteristics and the development trend in the future of the new media, at the same time, focus on introducing the meaning of Marx’s popularity as well as the content and object.This paper introduces the current situation of the Marx’s popularity under the background of new media in the third chapter, elaborated under the background of new media Marx’s advantages and problems. The new media has a great advantage for Marx’s popular dissemination, new media can not only improve the timeliness of Marx’s popularity, expanded its popularity rate also increased the interaction of the Marx’s popularity. But the new media is a "double-edged sword "; there are also many problems in the Marx’s popularity under the background of new media. First of all, for using new media to expand the understanding of Marx’s popularity is very insufficient; secondly, currently there is lack of compound type and high quality talents who know new media knowledge and Marx’s theory of knowledge well; again, the update speed of the software in direction of the new media technology and Marx’s popularity is slow; at last, the government management and monitoring and evaluation mechanism of using new media to spread Marx’s popularity is not perfect. These advantages make it possible to use new media to promote Marx’s popularity, at the same time,the existing problem has become a problem we need to improve and solve.In the fourth chapter, contrapose to the problems of above-mentioned about the Marx’s popularity under the background of new media, I propose the corresponding countermeasure. Forming a path to promote the Marx’s popularity under the background of new media. First of all, using the combination of new and old media to raise awareness of how to use the new media spreading the Marx’s popularity; secondly, we should cultivate compound type and high quality talents who know new media knowledge and Marx’s theory of knowledge well; thirdly, to speed up the update of the software in direction of the new media technology and Marx’s popularity, increasing the intensity to set up new media platform about Marx’s popularity; finally, to strengthen construction of government management and monitoring and evaluation mechanism to improve the propagation process of Marx’s popularity under the background of new media. The improvement of these problem about Marx’s popularity under the background of new media to make a better foundation for using new media to promote Marx ’s popularization.
