As the nineteen eighties China reform and opening up and the continuous deepening of China ASEAN regional cooperation development, border illegal cohabitation increases. But because China policy constraints, Sino-Vietnam transnational illegal cohabitation without legal protection, about how to ensure the transnational illegal cohabitation in the Vietnam women’s marriage, inheritance, foster care, adoption of basic civil rights in our country, can not find the legal basis, state laws in the border which is easy to appear the power vacuum in special field by the end of Chinese community to bear. In this paper the Sino-Vietnamese border cross-border illegal cohabitation and Vietnamese women as the research object, to the border of Guangxi County as a case study, the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to collect more cross-border illegal cohabitation related data, using statistical method statistical survey data, the Sino-Vietnam transnational illegal cohabitation status, causes, transnational illegal cohabitation have civil Legal Problems Analysis and research. The author thinks, at present Sino-Vietnam transnational illegal cohabitation is Vietnamese women for the purpose of marriage, to illegal immigration, illegal residence, no marriage registration formalities and moved to the border area of china. These transnational illegal cohabitation, there are a lot of, to the border area of China, the safety management of transnational marriage and family stability as well as to the law enforcement problem has brought many negative effects.
