Sino-Vietnam Transnational Illegal Cohabitation And Related Civil Rights Problem Research

As the nineteen eighties China reform and opening up and the continuous deepening of China ASEAN regional cooperation development, border illegal cohabitation increases. The author thinks, at present Sino-Vietnam transnational illegal cohabitation is Vietnamese women for the purpose of marriage, to illegal immigration, illegal residence, no marriage registration formalities and moved to the border area of china. These transnational illegal cohabitation, there are a lot of, to the border area of China, the safety management of transnational marriage and family stability as well as to the law enforcement problem has brought many negative effects.
