In recent years, The high incidence of domestic incidents have highlighted thequestion: A lack of balance between the local government and grassroots. So what ledto the deterioration of the relationship between local government and grassroots? Idepth Fuzhou, Jiangxi research occurred in2011bombings in Fuzhou,I found thatthere is a case of local government and grassroots communication and interaction:Information asymmetry.
