Study On Primary Party Organization And Construction In Colleges And Universities Of Minority Areas

Colleges and universities in minority areas are very important to inheriting national culture and promoting economic development in ethic areas. They also undertake the task of training minority talents, socialist builders and reliable successors. College primary-level organizations of the CPC lie in the front line of education and teaching. They are also the direct organizers of implementing the Party’s education policies, training and recruiting new Party members. They are directly responsible for organizing and implementing various work. They are like a bridge or a bond to link and serve the vast number of teachers and students. Meanwhile they are crucial strength for the development of higher education in ethnic areas. Hence it has great strategic and practical significance to strengthen the primary Party’s organization and construction in minority areas. In this paper the historical, current situation, existing problems and countermeasures of primary Party organization and construction in ethnic areas will be discussed.This paper consists of four parts:In the first part, primary Party construction in colleges and universities in minority areas since the founding of new China will be defined with four phases which includes features and experience in each phase. At the meantime, the significance of college primary Party organization and construction in ethnic areas will also be analyzed.In the second part, Yanbian University will be taken as an example to analyze the advantages of the primary Party construction and the results achieved.In the third part, the disadvantages of primary Party construction in ethnic areas are analyzed. On this basis, the paper deals with the problems of primary Party organization and construction from the perspective of self-improvement of primary Party, the construction of Party members, the development of new Party members and the ideological and political education of university students, etc.In the fourth part, concrete countermeasure about improving primary Party’s organization and construction are discussed from the perspective of building a high quality Party work cadre team, improving the work system and the security mechanism and strengthen minority young teachers and the team of Party members college students in ethnic areas.The induction of the paper and summary will be carried on in the conclusion.
