In recent years,the cases relating to football dispute, the development of the reform of the Chinese Football Association are still need to be improving many places. In this paper, from the legal nature of the Chinese Football Association, the definition of power limit and legal supervision and other aspects of defects on the Chinese Football Association present administrative laws and regulations as well as system problems. First of all, being without a clear definition of the problem, the authors advocated by the legislation problems clear legal nature of the Football Association of China, its legal nature should organizations authorized by laws and regulations. Secondly, should be a clear distinction between the internal management and external management behavior. Make the determination of different properties on the different behavior, adopt different means of dispute resolution. According to industry management behavior, the author thinks that we should respect the profession autonomy in internal current based on exhaustive industry relief way, finally, judicial relief. At present, the denial of justice intervention phenomenon I give criticism. Finally, at present there is a big loophole in supervision of the Chinese Football Association. The author puts forward suggestions from three angles. First, the football association system, learn from the successful experience of. Thirdly, starting from the perspective of decentralization, concentrate on football power issues, proposed decentralization, introducing democracy mechanism suggestions.
