On Roosevelt’s New Deal And The Perfection Of Economic Law System

The system of economic law (the definition and classification problem) is one of the fundamental issues in the research of economic law. In1933, Roosevelt’s new deal marks one of the basic components of the economic law:the macro-control law officially boarded the stage of history. The topic of this paper is the perfection of the modern economic law system and Roosevelt’s new deal, through the study of Roosevelt’s new deal, and find out the meaning and value of this historical event in the formation of modern economic law system, and explain the role and function of the two major components of economic law system in the field of economic practice.This paper consists of four parts. The first part "The economic law system before Roosevelt’s new deal" pointed out that the relationship between world economic crisis and the old system of economic law through the analysis of the characteristics and defects of American economic law system before Roosevelt’s new deal. The second part "The overview of Roosevelt’s new deal", review the process of Roosevelt’s new deal, and analyzed the reason of success of the "new deal" from the perspective of economic law, and pointed out the significance of economic law system for the development of new economic law theory. The third part "Roosevelt’s new deal and the reform of economic law system", expound the reasons and characteristics of the change of America economic law system, and compare the function and value between the "market regulation law" and the "macro-control law". The fourth part "The gradual progress of economic law system after the new deal" to continue the development of macro-control law, and combined with the actual problem in the study of the objective situation of Chinese economic development and China’s economic law theory, to reinterpret and reflect on the current dualistic structure of the economic law system of China.
