China faces a serious aging, increasing life expectancy of the Chinese peoplebecause of medical technology and the improvement of living conditions. This is a verygood thing from the perspective of the social people, but china’s one child policy, andfor now the next few decades, the proportion may also are reduced. Now china hasentered the aging society, according to projections after two decades, the proportionaged60or older in china will reach30percent, a sense of security; old age is a concernof our society focus. not only china is faced with the problem of aging at the same timethis is a worldwide problem, most countries in the world today are under tremendouspressure of old-age security. The United States as the world’s number one economic andmilitary power, its comprehensive pension system the system is running well for now,have a good reference.From the pension system in the united states and china, we can come to such aconclusion in the history of the development, the government should be as the core ofthe pension system, playing a leading role or development of the pension system will beseverely constrained.at the same time, the development of sione-us pension system:regulatory function should also take advantage of the market in addition to theresponsibility of government to supplement the basic old-age security, strengthen therelevant legislation, and the relationship between the government and the market.From the following basic parts related discussion, a brief overview of the first partof the research status. The second part will put forward the design assumptions aboutthe China and the United States old-age security system. The third part introduces thepension system and the development of security between the two countries.
