The Study Of Community’s Ideological And Political Work Under The Structure Of Social Management

With the further development of reform and open, the development and improvement ofsocialist market economy, some social structures in our country such as the ownershipstructure, industrial structure, employment structure, urban and rural structure and classstructure are undergoing profound changes. In the twelfth five-year plan targets, the emphasisof times and the necessity of further strengthening the social management work in the newsituation have been clearly put forward, adhering to the principle of participation, jointgovernance, overall planning, and dynamic coordination to improve the social managementpattern, to innovate the social management mechanism, and to form the social managementand service together. The community ideological and political work is an important meansand measures of community management. Sound community ideological and political workplays a fundamental role in promoting the work of the social management under the newsituation. Changes in those social structures and the city community values put forward newrequirements and challenges to our country on how to do well the community ideological andpolitical work in the social management conditions. This paper aims to research the small andmedium-sized city community ideological and political work, to analyze the present situations,problems and challenges in the new era of social management under the framework of the citycommunity’s ideological and political work, to further explore the countermeasures tostrengthen and improve ideological and political work in the city community under the newsituation.This paper consists of four parts: the first part is the general introduction of the whole essay,which includes the study background, the present study conditions in both domestic andforeign countries, the methods and means used in this study and the theoretical and practicalmeaning of the study; the second part focuses on the relevant basic concepts and principlesabout social management under the conditions of the community ideological and politicalwork. Through the elaboration about the concepts and principles, theory support and researchbasis have been tried to find under the conditions of the community ideological and politicalwork, and laid a solid theoretical foundation on the research of the community ideological andpolitical work. In the third part, based on the analysis and evaluation through the investigationand study of ideological and political work, the existing problems and challenges have beenanalyzed in multi-level and multi-angle way in our country’s small and medium-sized city community ideological and political work. The forth part is the main body of the article,taking the existing problems as a breakthrough, mainly from five aspects, some constructivecountermeasures and ideas have been put forward to improve the community ideological andpolitical work under the conditions of social management.
