Study On The Legislative Sunset Review Of Anti-dumping System

With the development of international trade,Anti-dumping measure was widely used by more and more country as a trade remedy measure.But,the abuse of anti-dumping measures by some countries in order to achieve the purpose of trade protection,Lead to new trade barriers.Anti-dumping sunset review system came into being for suppress this phenomenon.Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade1994reached at the Uruguay Round firstly set a fixed time limitation,which was named Sunset Review,to the termination of anti-dumping measures in the history of GATT development,but due to WTO "Anti-Dumping Agreement" provided for the system is too vague.which resulting in many disputes, there are some discriminatory.In this context,This paper look deeper awareness and understanding of the system,by researching "Anti-Dumping Agreement" in the sunset review of the relevant provisions of the relevant system.This paper use historical analysis,empirical research and other methods.This article discusses the WTO "Anti-Dumping Agreement" in the sunset review of the relevant provisions of system.In the domestic law level,I analyzed the sunset review system of the USA and EU which was typical.Finally,I analyzed the existing law and deficiencies about Sunset Review legislation.combined with Sunset Review legislation:and from the point of exporter,I put forward recommendations to corporate,government,industry associations to cope with foreign sunset review.
