Through the analysis of the rules of procedure as overseeing institutions, wayof initiation, types and how the overseeing institutions use the rules of substance tojudge, it shows some points that argued by people.Chapter three writes the inspiration that China can get from America’s SunsetReview. This chapter shows the problems of China’s Sunset Review System first, andthen gives three suggestions to improve it and some strategies that China’s enterprises may need to fight against the anti-dumping initiated by America.The conclusion of this paper concludes the points. It affirms the advantages ofAmerica’s Sunset Review. And on the other side, it shows its disadvantages. Thuswhen we use America’s Sunset Review for reference to improve that of China, weshould carefully study it and absorb it according to China’s conditions.
