But how to approve this kind of status, what kind of deep-seated reasons behind the actual and practical roles that laws play in dealing with these special groups, and how to keep balance between the process in which each one’basic rights get fully recognized, respected and protected, and public health benefits, are also worth researching. This article is here to be divided into five parts. On the basis of analyzing and summing up the ways and causes about the rights of life and health of AIDS patients suffering the violation in therapy areas and public health areas, this article carries on far studies about the roles existing laws play in securing the rights of life and health of AIDS patients. What is more, while summing up the problems and deficiencies about the existing laws in securing the rights of life and health of AIDS patients, we focus on value trend in law, conflicts of legal system itself and put forward to integrate laws related to AIDS, create coordinated legal system accordingly.
