| Enterprises should assume the point of view of social responsibility has gradually become the consensus of the community, especially for the development of China is particularly important. System of corporate social responsibility in economic benefits at the same time, have to bear the social responsibility to employees, consumers, communities and the environment, to ensure that the increase in corporate interests contribute to the expansion of social welfare, enterprise and social co-lasting sudden requirements harmonious development. Proceed from the basic theory of economic law defining corporate social responsibility concept, characteristics and scope of its practical significance and run the current situation in China, and hope that this study can make recommendations to improve the system of corporate social responsibility in China.This article is divided into a total of six parts.The first is the introduction. Introducing the research background, significance, results of previous studies as well as research methods and content.The first chapter is the theory of corporate social responsibility, and introduces the concept of corporate social responsibility, the nature and characteristics, as well as corporate social responsibility.The second chapter is the unity of the economic law and corporate social responsibility, the relationship of the analysis of economic law and corporate social responsibility.The third chapter is the practical considerations of corporate social responsibility system, the main analysis of the status of the status quo of the Korean corporate social responsibility and corporate social responsibility legislation and judicial practice, and pointed out that the lack of corporate social responsibility system in China and necessity.The fourth chapter is to propose the Perspective of Economic Law Perfection of corporate social responsibility.Finally, conclusions.This paper argues that:1, to establish a sound legal system, the formation of a "Company Law" as the core, to further improve the "Product Quality Law," Consumer Protection Law "," Environmental Protection Law "," Social Security Act "and other departments in the problem, the formation of a sound legal system.2, to strengthen the power of civil society organizations in China in consumer protection, strengthen the role of consumer associations advantage of the Consumers Association, strengthening the rule of law publicity, reduce legal costs to solve social responsibility.3, the establishment of corporate social responsibility reporting system, we think we should depart from the legal point of view, the establishment of corporate social responsibility reporting system. Enterprises should strictly abide by the laws of the relevant company law, labor law, consumer rights protection law, the establishment of a social responsibility reporting system, the corporate financial statements.4, to strengthen the executive power of the law, the Government must play a good law enforcement role, their duties in strict accordance with the provisions of the law. Law enforcement agencies to enforce the law should also be active law enforcement agencies, law enforcement supervision, strict implementation of the law.Learn from foreign experience, the establishment of corporate social responsibility standard system, the integration of the "Labor Law" and the SA8000standard content, the development of China’s corporate social responsibility standards as soon as possible with the international practice, efforts to create the conditions to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international market. |
