The Analysis Of The Land Policy Made By Chinese Communist Party And Peasants’ Psychosocial Changes In Soviet Area

Since the rural revolutionary base areas were built by Chinese Communist Party(CCP) in1927, a series of Land Policy were drew up and carried out. The Land Policy made enduringphenomenon of agriculture in China, i.e. land concentration being solved and achieving the aspiration of land to the tiller. The policy shocked the peasants in Soviet who were eager to ownland; especially for their traditional psychosocial effect.This paper bases on retrospect of Land Policy about its situations of being drew up and carried out in land revolution period made by CCP. At the same time, the paper will research the psychosocial effect on Soviet peasants byLand Policy and discuss the restriction for Land Policy made by CCP because of Soviet peasants’ traditional mind; meanwhile, the paper will draw a conclusion to use for reference.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part retrospect the content and performance of Land Policy made by CCP,analyses the background of Land Policy specifically, states the concrete content of the LandPolicy objectively and retrospect the manufacturing operation and performance of LandPolicy and the faults when in operation.The second part analyses the psychosocial effect on Soviet peasants by Land Policy inpositive and negative aspects. Firstly, it states the positive psychosocial effect on Sovietpeasants by Land Policy in economic, political and cultural point of view. Secondly, it statesthe negative psychosocial effect on Soviet peasants by left-leaning factors in Land Policy.The third part demonstrates the restriction for Land Policy made by CCP because ofSoviet peasants’ traditional negative factors. In conservative, conforming, envy for the rich,average, individual point of view, we will discuss the restriction effect on Land Policyaccording to peasants’ mind.The fourth part is actual enlightenment. Through the discussion of the analysis for theLand Policy made by CCP and the Soviet peasants’ psychosocial variation, we will putforward some proposals and suggestions in rural working nowadays, i.e. establishing theboosting and privileging policies for peasants is the basic premise of raising peasants’ positivepsychosocial effect; improving peasants’ cultural level is the important foundation of carryingout some policies in rural areas for CCP; enhancing peasants’ political situation is the realisticcondition of strengthening peasants’ agreement for the policies.
