Study On The Role Of Student Village Official In The Construction Of New Rural Civilization

To deal with the new issues arising in the rural work of new period, and gradually achieve the grand goal of building a socialist country with Chinese characteristics, our party proposed the building of a socialism new rural construction theory in the16th central committee of the CPC. In order to solve the talent problem in the construction of new countryside, our country started to send student village official to the rural work. However, in the actual construction of new rural work, especially college students served as the village leadership cadres still exposed many problems, how to summary, solve these problems, relating to the results of the construction of new countryside. So in this paper we choosed Loufan Country in Taiyuan as an example. Investigated the role and problems of student village official in the construction of new rural civilization by questionnaire survey, tried to solve the major problems and provided relevant theoretical evidence.The full text is divided into six parts. The first part mainly introduces the study’s background, sums up the domestic research on related problems of dynamics, this part also involved in the research methods. The second part, defines the professional concept and theoretical basis which involves in the study. The third part of the basis of the research, summarizes the role of the student village official on promoting rural civilization. The fourth part, utilizes random searching, investigates Loufan County student village official, and arranges the data of integration. Fifth part, according to the survey data, in-depth analysis of the role and limitations of the student village official in the process of rural civilization, studies the core problem: how to solve the problems of student village official in the process of rural civilization, and better play the role of the student village official in this work. Finally, in the fifth part, from the farmers themselves, the student village official, as well as social aspects, three angles solutions proposes solutions, gives a full play to student village official role in construction of new rural civilization.
