College Student Village Official In The Difficulties In The Process Of Role

It is very necessary to employ college graduates to hold a post to the country for the construction of a new socialist countryside, which is a significant act to construct harmonious society and implement the scientific concept of development as well. The implementation of this measure conforms to the tide of historical times and social development. Encouraging college graduates to the country can not only input fresh flood for the new countryside, but also offer graduates a broader space to realize their values so as to relieve the severe employment pressure at present.Graduates working in rural areas can not only steel themselves, increase their knowledge and enhance grassroots working abilities and experiences, which also can bring up a batch of excellent high-quality talent team, just as the sun shines the light and heat on the rural land.In recent years, the village official fever has become the focus of social attention. The number and degree of taking the exam of selecting the college students’ village officials has been increasing. However, there exist various problems during the concrete implementation, such as college students’ maladjustment, college students’ village officials’ outlet, the dilemma of their role definitions and so on. From the perspective of college-graduate village official’s role orientation, this thesis attempts to explore the existing problems from different angles at different levels by means of a deep understanding of college-graduate village official. After a systematic analysis, in order to effectively carry out the plan of college-graduate village officials, this thesis proposes suggestions and solutions in terms of government, college-graduate village officials themselves, village officials and villagers.
