Research On Construction Of China’s Governmental Resolve Concept Of "Conflict Of Non-direct Interest"

Since the media reported “conflict of non-direct interest” contradictions, the academic circles hadlaunched a deep and detailed discussion and achieved relatively rich research achievements. Based onthe foundation of academic reference for related research results and widely-collected related data,this paper make a research on “conflict of non-direct interest” contradictions through the analysis ofthe government’s social management function and the general situation of the current socialcontradictions.
