Public Interest In Risk Type Environmental Mass Incidents Expression Validity Study

Since the reform and opening up, all over the country are chasing the rapid economic development, ignoring the protection and management of the environment, the contradiction between environment and development has become increasingly prominent. With the improvement of the material life level of the public,their sense of interest is gradually increasing, and more and more attention is paid to the influence of economic development on the environment and their own. When the risk of public awareness of the rapid development of the pursuit of economic will pollute the environment, and thus a threat to their safety, if they through various legal channels of expression can not successfully express their demands, instead will choose extreme or violent means to safeguard their rights and interests,will lead to mass incidents. Therefore,enhance the expression of public expression,improve the expression efficiency, the political system can timely and fully understand the public interest demands, to prevent and reduce the risk of environmental group events, to resolve social conflicts,has important practical significance to stabilize the social order.This paper consults the related literature, summarizes research status and achievements at home and abroad,taking ShiFang as a typical event risk environmental group events as a case, from the perspective of public interest expression, the whole process of combing events, The questionnaire was designed and investigated, and the theoretical basis of the political system theory and structural functionalism theory was used to analyze the factors affecting the effectiveness of public interest in the ShiFang incident.Through the analysis of the expression of interest in the event, it is found that the expression of the interests of the main body is low, the low level of interest expression and the expression of the interests of the channel is not smooth and other factors restricting the expression of interest. Therefore,on the basis of the existing research results and experience,this paper through the mature expression of the main benefits,improve the interests of the main expression degree of organization, improve the government response system of interest expression and smooth channels of expression of interest and other measures to improve the effectiveness of public interest expression, prevent and reduce the occurrence of environmental risk group events.
