Peasants Interest Expression In Village Management

Change and development of the rural areas of Chinese society undergoing rapid change, rural land facing important opportunities and severe challenges. In rural parts of the coastal areas, national policy projects driven into the countryside promote late-development advantage and creative use of "village management" concept to promote the transformation and development of villages. However, issues arising from the village management inspired peasant discontent and protest. As a result, farmers take a different expression to defend the interests of their own interests, which not only highlights the rights of farmers to enhance awareness, but also a key determinant of the success of village management. However, there are many problems to peasants’interest expression, which not only makes it difficult to maintain farmers’ interests by expressing their own interests, but the interests of the affected negatively and even radical expression, which greatly increased operating costs and even lead to failure of the village operations.Choosing village Wen located in the north of Zhejiang province has as research case, by the author’s field research and have access to information on the village to peasants’ interest expression in the village management for analysis and research. In the backdrop of the beautiful countryside construction affected by policy support and governance, at the beginning of village management in accordance with the previous model village can promote village construction and operation of high-speed development. However, with the issue of damage to the interests of peasants and peasants’ rights awareness to enhance expansion, village management face challenges from the peasants’interest expression problems. Village management should pay attention not only to the collective interests, but also to take care of the personal interests of peasants; not only to the formation of efficiency-oriented, but also concerned about fairness. So while all forces to gradually solve the core issue in the development of expression of interest of farmers, but also to pay attention to the interests of the business model expression mechanisms into the village which enables operators to express the interests of farmers play a positive role in the village.
