Research And Solution On The Corruption Phenomenon In The Field Of Construction Engineering

In investigating all kinds of corruption cases, corruption in the field ofconstruction engineering takes a large portion and amount, which causes harmfulsociety effects. There are six kinds of corruption in engineering construction. It leadsto seven phases which are easier for corruption to happen. This article comes intobeing a case library by collecting analyzed cases of corruption in engineeringconstructions which provide a data support for the study.There is internal and external causes for corruption. Internal causes are mainlyfocus on the personal self desire and lack of independent commission againstcorruption, while external causes are on the over concentration of the rights,excessive approval and examination procedures, inadequate legal systems and poorsupervision. This article has a further research on corrupt officers, harmfulness andrelative laws and regulations. Combined with the punish strategy model, nationalanti-corruption policies are framed. Six kinds of counter measures in anti-corruptionof engineering construction are proposed as well after further investigation.
