The Research On Government Role Of Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Clusters In Guanzhong-tianshui Economic Zone

The great success of industrial clusters has become a hot research topic in manycountries, government departments, international economic organizations and scholars.Recent years, in order to accelerate the development of the West Regions, the Stateapproved the establishment of the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone. Theequipment manufacturing industry has a comparative advantage of the economic zone,whether it develops fast or not, sustainable or not, healthy or not, the government is ofgreat significance to the development of the economic zone, even in the western. Anydevelopment of industrial clusters has its internal rules and life-cycle characteristics, thegovernment should be based on the actual situation, implement the targeted behavior.Through the analysis of government role in industrial clusters, this paper studies thecurrent development of the manufacturing clusters in Guanzhong-Tianshui EconomicZone, establishes comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model ofindustrial clusters, combined with empirical quantitative analysis, provides themathematical foundation for studying the government role of; it provides a theoreticalbasis, practical measures and operational recommendations for the government role inspecific life cycle of manufacturing industry clusters in Guanzhong-Tianshui EconomicZone.This paper firstly analyzes the research background, the status, research meaning,ideas, and technical route of industrial clusters, clear and defines the concepts ofindustry cluster, equipment manufacturing industry, and government role, describes thelife cycle of industrial clusters, the development role in different stages in industrialclusters in the development of equipment manufacturing industry clusters. Secondly, studies the development status and characteristics of equipment manufacturingindustrial clusters in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, and analyzes thedetermination life cycle in industrial clusters. It poses the existing problems of thedevelopment in the equipment manufacturing industrial clusters in Guanzhong-TianshuiEconomic Zone, drawing on the results of the government at home and abroad, theexperience and research achievements to promote the development of industrial clusters,puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of the government role at specificlife cycles of the equipment manufacturing industrial clusters in Guanzhong-TianshuiEconomic Zone.
