Comparing to the traditional supervision mode, web-based anti-corruption hasmassive active meanings which should not be overlooked, because of its technologicaladvantages of fast reaction speed, important influence, low cost, easily to form Publicopinion hotspot. In the time of everyone having its style, the opening of the websitemakes the social form a flatter public opinion field which can give the ubiquitousspecial focus from soup to nuts on power operation, can drive the officials to use theirpower carefully and to restrain in words and deeds, where everybody can join in.meanwhile, Network set up directly interactive platform between the officials and thepeople, Create equal and timely chance to exchange that can make the leading cadresmore conveniently listen to the people’s voices and grasp the public opinion, Correctmistakes and deviations, and improve the ruling ability, to reduce the possibility ofcorruption. But, the weaknesses of web-based anti-corruption of accidental evendramatic, makes it hard to evaluate the web-based anti-corruption’ effect. In allusion togrim situation of corruption, it is more needed to obtain top-level design, to pave theway for web-based anti-corruption running in institutionalized route and under the ruleof law. Only do so, social supervision’ positive energy can be further released.This article, four parts are discussed. The first part, the author define web-basedanti-corruption, and discuss its connotation, subject and object, and then point out themain features of the system, and opens up function and categorization research onweb-based anti-corruption. The second part, the author will use the newest and typicalcases of web-based anti-corruption in the perspective of the development process toanalyze its origin, reasons and current situation for the formation. The third part, theauthor analysis into web-based anti-corruption’ problem and defects, and then explainsthe excuses of them. The last part, the author use the knowledge of Jurisprudence inorder to make web-based anti-corruption run in institutionalized route and under the ruleof law, and gives the corresponding advice to solve web-based anti-corruption’ troublein the end, to help its breakthrough and further development.
