Based on the analysis of the network anti-corruption mechanism, further study on its existing problems, and thus it is concluded that the inevitable requirement of network anti-corruption under the rule of law. From the current situation of network anti-corruption in our country under the rule of law, the main problems is the deluge of false information, the network abuse of power, civil responsibilities are not clear, the problem such as the lack of corresponding laws and regulations, investigate its fundamental is not formed a complete set of legal system and the reasonable and effective operating mechanism. Therefore, in order to realize the network anti-corruption under the rule of law must be set up and improve the network anti-corruption legal system, provide certain legal protection for the network anti-corruption and system support.
