Study Practical On The Procuratorial Supervisory Work Of Community Correction

Although Community Correction has experienced from a pilot project toa key one within ten years， it is still a new matter in China. There is noprecedent for Procuratorial Organs to copy or follow in the aspect of legalsupervisory work of Community Correction. Based on thorough Study ofCommunity Correction， I try to start practical study on legal supervisorywork of Community Correction standing on working experience，which maycontribute some to promote the legal supervisory work.
